Y'all have been asking! I'm pumped to host this Herbal Medicine Cabinet Series at GATHER, the new space for the collective to come together at Salty Dog Yoga. We will meet bi-weekly for four weeks, from 5:30-7:30 on Wednesdays, to receive the wisdom and knowledge I have gained from my own personal mission to ditch the pharmacy and keep my family healthy and thriving while connecting with the plants that are here to support us. We'll share and learn as I help you to open your awareness to the medicine growing right outside your doors! I'll instruct and guide you on preparing your own herbal remedies to support you during the seasonal shifts that can cause imbalances and illness! When we take the "I" out of illness and replace it with "we," we have WELLNESS! Lean into the calling of your own healing and gather with me in community!

This weekend I made a special tea blend for a Lions Gate Dance Party celebrating a women made gathering space , came into an abundance of bay laurel and was gifted a surprise portrait. How heavenly this rain has been for a restful weekend! I succeeded at napping and reading for a whole day! Rested and ready for some sweet kiddos tomorrow for camp AND I’ll be prepping for 2 markets this weekend! I’ll be a guest vendor this Sunday at the with my beautiful creams, tea blends, and herbal remedies!
