we picklin!

pickle cabbage:
1 1/4 cup water & apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar, coriander seeds
2 garlic cloves minced or sliced
1-2 tsp red pep flakes (depends on ur spice tolerance)
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

bring to a low boil then pour over 1/2 medium or large cabbage in jar then put the lid on and let sit on counter til fully cooled keeps for 7 days or 3 weeks if sealed properly!

spicy creamy sundried tomato chicken pasta simple, fast and delicious 🥰 ingredients: 1–2 chicken breast butterflied, seasoned to your preference. I used salt, garlic powder and paprika tbsp of butter 3-4 garlic cloves 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup parm 2tsp red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme 1/3 cup sundried tomato’s pasta and salt and pep to taste

So y’all I have a big update, and it’s one that I’ve been thinking about over the past year…. I’ve been so grateful for these past 3 years! Whenever people ask me if I have always dreamed of running a charcuterie business I honestly answered with a No, I never thought in a million years this is where my life would’ve taken me. I could’ve seen myself doing so many other things but I can’t express enough how incredible this experience has been and I’m so happy this is where I ended up finding my success. Boone Boards was an overnight idea that literally came to me while I was nursing my son. I thought of all the compliments my friends and family has given me over the years about how I could sell my charcuterie boards that I used to prepare for holidays and special events and just said “Screw it, I know I can make something out of this idea!” I’m happy to be where I am today, a wife. Mother of 2, friend, sister, daughter AND successful business owner! This is definitely not the end of Boone Boards! In-fact you will defiantly been seeing more of me! I can’t wait to work as a Private Chef, continuing this journey privately with clients to create a place of gathering for their special large events and dinner parties! Posting yummy home cooked recipes here, the food I’m enjoying from wonderful restaurants/travel, cocktail ideas and step by step boards for you to copy to make at home when hosting! I’m not quitting, I’m just evolving🦋 Thank you, Boone! I’ll be forever grateful for you embracing me the way that you have. You changed my life.
