Mechanics:
• Being selected is not luck because you have to defend yourself from the judge in this booth. In this booth, you will have the experience of being in the trial court.
• Unlike the jail booth we've all used previously, this one will allow you the chance to speak up for yourself and ask for assistance.

⁉️ HOW TO PLAY ⁉️

• The game facilitators will be the ones to decide who they will catch. They will comment on who they will put in a jail room

EXAMPLE
— Put in jail all the team recruiters that have a lover.

• The game facilitators will be assigned to all of the teams within our WPG. And they will capture and imprison someone from the teams.

• Everyone who is apprehended has the option of hiring a lawyer to assist them in escaping from prison. We will provide lawyers, and the accused will select one from among them who they believe can assist them in determining whether they are guilty or not guilty in their cases.

WHAT LAWYER CAN DO?
• A lawyer's job is to protect their clients.
• A lawyer should assist their client in defending themselves.
• A lawyer should defend their clients even if it’s right or wrong and win the case
• A lawyer should have a piece of evidence to prove their client's innocence

INSIDE THE TRIAL COURT
• We will provide (1) a judge that will decide if the accused is guilty or not guilty.

WHAT JUDGE WILL DO DURING THE TRIAL?
• A judge should only listen to the accused and the lawyer's explanation in defending their case.
• A judge should review the case before deciding if the accused is guilty or not guilty.
• A judge can ask and have a right to make things complicated for the accused to win the case.

⁉️HOW TO ESCAPE⁉️
• You together with your lawyer must defend yourself from the reason you had caught, for example, if you are caught for using capital letters then you must defend why and what is the reason. If you made the judge satisfied with your statement on defending yourself, you will be declared not guilty and only need to choose between you will bail out (5) pesos or dare.
• While when you are declared guilty, you will face hard consequences from the judge and game facilitators and need to pay (10) pesos to finally be free.

BATTLE OF THE VOICES

I. INTRODUCTION

Singing Contest is one of the activities prepared for Rexia Fest 2023 where singers from Acadame of Atataxia and Domicile of Retrouvaille connects their voices to create a masterpiece.

II. REQUIREMENTS

> One representative for each group
> One subtitute if ever the other one has complications
> Have load or a stable internet connection.

III. MECHANICS

— There will be a given song to sing. The song will be given 1 week before the activity so that the representatives can practice the song in advance.
— The lyrics will be parted where representatives will have their own parts in the given song. They can only know their parts of the song on the spot.
— The Facilitators will spin the wheel to find out which representative will go first.
— Facilitators will create an account that will be used to send the voice messages so voice messages will be anonymous in the judge's side.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

Rhythm and tempo – 25%
Stage presence – 25%
Overall Impact – 10%

IV. RULES

Sasswar, a minor event of Rexia Fest 2023, is a transitional activity that displays your before-and-after appearance using TikTok app.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1 REPRESENTATIVE PER GROUP, ATARAXIA AND THE RETROUVAILLE DOMICILE.

III. MECHANICS

— Using Tiktok, Capcut or another editing apps to edit your transition, you will create a video transition of your before and after that is up to 30 seconds long. "The theme is Profession".
— You may add text, music, and filters.
— As long as you feel comfortable using them, you can also employ props like a handkerchief a flower, or a hat. Be creative.
— It must be submitted before 3 PM via Google Drive, uploaded to the folder we created, or communicated via Telegram.

CANVAS OF BEAUTY

I. INTRODUCTION:
Face paint is one of the minor events of Rexia, it is applying design to the face using a bold-colored paint. Face painting is applying a design to the face, using brushes and paints suitable for use on the skin.

II. REQUIREMENTS: One representative per group.

III. MECHANICS:
• The participant will be given enough days to do the said activity.
• The participant will paint his/her face with any design aligned to the theme.
• And using the bold-colored paint.
• The participants need to be creative in this activity.
• After they paint their face, they will take a picture of it and send it to the host so that it can also be sent to the judges' GC.
• The judges should not know whose face paintings those are.
• Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.
• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

GUIDELINES

I. INTRODUCTION

In the realm of literature, there exists a breed of individuals whose words have the power to captivate, inspire, and transport us to worlds unknown. These individuals are the excellent writers, the masterful craftsmen and women who weave stories, poems, and essays with an unparalleled skill and artistry. Their words dance off the page, imprinting themselves upon our hearts and minds, leaving an indelible mark on our souls. As we celebrate the Rexia Fest 2023, we will conduct an event that honor to all writer's, faces of two potent groups which are the Academe of Ataraxia and Domicile of Retrovaille.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility:

• Must be one of the member of the writers club of both potent group which is Ataraxia and
Domicile.

• Each group shall contain 5 participants;
1 - Editor in Chief
1 - News writer
1 - Feature writer
1 - Sport writer
1 - Layout Artist

• Have the knowledge and skills on how to compose a news paper.

III. MECHANICS

• Each Club of writer's of Ataraxia and Domicile must gather their eligible writer's to participate the contest and will be added to the created group chat wherein all the possible happining on the event will be announce.

• In creation of the paper, each participants of writers cup are only allowed to disclose any matters in their work in the created group chat.

• This contest is upholds on making newspaper. There will be a Theme upon making it.

→Originality: Entries are allowed to have any information came from internet but should use credits or courtesy. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.

→Deadline: They will be given three (3) days on making the newspaper and the deadline for submissions is 2hours after MISS REXIA.

→Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

8 BALL POOL

I. INTRODUCTION

One of the event on Rexia fest is the 8 ball pool. The game of 8-ball pool consists of playing with 1 white cue ball and 15 numbered balls called object balls. The balls numbered 1 through 7 are called solids. The balls numbered 9 through 15 are called stripes. It's purpose is to have the both groups to have fun.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Have Stable Network connection or load.
• Must have the 8 Ball Pool app.
• Must have 1 representative per group and 1 backup per group, so that if the representative of each group can't play, then they have backup.

III. MECHANICS

• In this Activity, the players must be already downloaded the app "8 ball pool"
• The players should be friends in FB so that they can invite each other in the game.
• 2 games with guidelines and 2 games without guidelines, the last game will just spin the wheel or toss a coin.
• The game will start at 2PM, we will wait 15 mins if the representative is late.
• It is a 1v1 game.
• The game will be having a 5 matches, The first player who wins 3 matches will be the winner.
• The players should be aware when it's their turn to play, they should have focus.

IV. RULES

• Must be on time, if you passed the 15 minutes wait, you're automatically disqualified.
• Trashtalk is prohibited.
• Don't use emojis in the game.

MOBILE LEGENDS TOURNAMENT

I. INTRODUCTION

The most popular mobile game right now is called Mobile Legend. Additionally, the Mobile Legend Tournament is one of the events we planned for Rexia Fest that involves Mobile Legend. The aforementioned event is open to both Domicile of Retrouvaille and Academy of Ataraxia members. Therefore, the goal of this activity is to make the bonds between the two groups stronger.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• The players must have a stable internet connection.
• A team must have five main players, one to two reserves, and one coach.

III. MECHANICS

• Tournament Mode (5V5) Map
• Five matches will be played in the game, and the champion be the one who is able to win three of matches.
• It is a Draft Pick mode.
• The objective of the game is to attack and destroy the rival base while protecting your own
• Teams that are discovered to be breaking the rules are disqualified.

IV. RULES

• Tp and emote is allowed
• There will be no pause if there is not a valid reason.
• No player reporting
• No surrender
• If the player is unable to attend the game, his/her squad must find him a substitute so that he is not penalized.
• In the event of a rematch due to an internet outage, the same hero will be utilized.
• Stream snipping is not permitted if someone streams.
• Standard tournament draft (a ref who may suspend the game if an aberya like nawalan ng net)

LOUDEST OF THEM ALL

“Alone, we can do little; together, we can do so much.” LOUDEST OF THEM ALL is a Rexia Fest teamwork activity wherein it will be held on Rexia Fest's Facebook account on July 22, 2023. It is a collaboration between the Retro and Ataraxian members wherein the participants in this activity shall showcase their activeness, passion, support, and fast typing skills in order to determine the final winner. The purpose of this activity is not only intended to showcase the talents of the members, but also to strengthen the association between the two groups.

II. REQUIREMENTS:
— The players will be divided into two group, the "TEAM ATARAXIA" and "TEAM RETRO".
— Each group shall contain 10 representatives.
— Each participants need to CHANGE THEIR PROFILE PICTURE with the GIVEN FRAME
— If the PARTICIPANT get restricted, and they need to change acc. They need to CHANGE their PROFILE PICTURE too.
— Only the list of participants will get validate to comment.

III. MECHANICS:
— This activity requires teamwork, each team member must reply to their team name under the comment section as many as they can.
— Players can start commenting on 8am and stop at exactly 8pm.

Example: The host will be commenting on the name "TEAM ATARAXIA" and the members should reply in their team, any comments will do.

IV. RULES:
🚫 Commenting of curse and offensive words are forbidden.
🚫 Commenting on the other team is prohibited.
🚫 In case of restriction, members shall passed to the facilitators their other accounts in advance to ensure that there are no other party involved. As it would be considered cheating.
🚫 Any members that are caught violating the rules shall have a deduction of 5 comments in their total scores.

TITLE: CORRUPT A WISH

I. INTRODUCTION:

Corrupt a wish is a minor event of Rexia Fest 2023, where the participants can wish whatever they want but the other participants will corrupt the wish by saying bad things comes out of the wish.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Stable Internet Connection
• 1 representative per group

III. MECHANICS:

• Participants will use other account given by the facilitator of the game so that they will not know who their opponent is.
• Each participant can comment any kind of wish in the comment section. And the other participants will try to corrupt the wish starting with the phrase "wish granted".
• It should be vise versa.
• In this game there will be five rounds with different categories, the participants will wish according to the given category.
• Using one account participants can comment one wish in the comment section, and after that they can also reply once to the comments (wish) of other participants.

POINTING SYSTEM:
5 Points — HAHA (😂)
3 Points — WOW (😮)
1 Point — SAD (😢)

EXAMPLE:
PLAYER 1: I wish na magkajowa ako this year.

PLAYER 2: Wish granted, but trial card ka lang at hindi ikaw ang endgame.

CHESS TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

I. INTRODUCTION

Chess is a board game that consists of 64 tiles in a eight by eight grid with 2 alternate contrasting colour, a light and dark. The board represents as a battlefield of two armies, both are consists of 16 pieces. Players equally have a 1 king, 1 queen, 2 knights, 2 bishops, 2 rooks and 8 pawns. The objective of players is to checkmate the opponent's king. The game always starts with a move of the white piece.

II. REQUIREMENTS

📌 Load or WiFi
📌 Stable Internet
📌 Lichess App
📌 1 Representative and 1
Backup per Group.

III. MECHANICS

📌 Players will play a race to 5 battle and the first one to have a score of 3 will be declared as a winner.

📌 Before the game begin, 1 of the player must provide a link wherein his/her opponent enter. And once both of players are in the link, facilitators will also enter the link to serve as a watcher.

📌 In every end of a game there will be a 10 minutes break in order to give the players a time to think their strategies for the other round.

IV. RULES

📌 No quiting when the game started.
📌 15 minutes is the allotted time control.
📌 If the player didn't manage to show off in 15 minutes after the calltime then he's/she's automatically disqualified and needed to be replaced by another one.
