Here’s my top tips to add more variety to your gallery and get those emotion filled candids:
1. Plan time for NOTHING! That’s right, plan time away from the hustle and bustle. Hug your mom, laugh with your girls, take time just the two of you. Those are the moments that happen so naturally and those are where you get those candids
2. Plan enough time for your photographer to get detail shots. You put a lot of time and effort in to your wedding, and you’ll want those memories preserved. Allow your photographer enough time to creatively capture those details
3. Stick together during the reception. Sure you can enjoy your time with your friends, OF COURSE! But if you’re spending time together, dancing, laughing, drinking, those are going to capture your love so authentically.
