Curried Goat....

Another one of my favourite dishes to cook.

Marinated and slow cooked over 24 hours.... the prep on this recipe is worth every second for how tender the meat is. 😋

It can be served up with a range of sides for a perfect personalised finish. 👌

This was my wife's valentines meal and she loved it! ❤️

*Something a little different*

My wife's favourite use of my catering services is my foraged veggie stew or traditional stew and dumplings bubbled 🫧 in her cast iron cooking cauldron over a burning fire 🔥 for some of her events.

This takes some good prep time for perfection and is my own special recipe.

It looks spectacularly magickal on the darker Autumn 🍂 evenings.

Everyone has always enjoyed it and asked for second or third helpings!
