My company Beaded Treasures was started out of passion for handmade stuffs and the interest widened even more when I taught people how to make handmade beaded jewellery.

I believe in having the quality of materials to be great and long lasting as the time and effort we put in for creating handmade jewellery is huge and the joy when customers likes a piece has no bounds.

The human touch always makes things unique and jewellery is no exception. I also want unique fashion jewellery to be within reasonable and affordable range for customers so I’ve widened into selling fashion jewellery too.

Here is a little about Aphrodite candles:

'We are Aphrodite, two sisters living in North Yorkshire. We hold a great love for nature and all the beauty that surrounds us everyday.

Our candles were born from a pure passion for handmade products. They are carefully crafted in our kitchen table from the finest ingredients.

We chose soy wax that is a renewable source, and the fragrances we use are high quality blends made up with unique formulas.

We also use cotton wicks and real dried flowers. Our candles are hand poured into glass jars what makes them eco-friendly and biodegradable.'

Hambleton District Council have organised an exciting opportunity for us all to experience the sights, sounds and smells of Northallerton market as it would have been in the Medieval period.

I am working with the Cornmill shopping centre to host a craft fair. The centre will also have santas grotto and the ice trail this day too so hopefully lots of footfall!
