Jade Eagleson to Headline Kick Off To Summer in Killarney

“Every year the Kick Off To Summer event just keeps getting better and better, and it truly is a unique outdoor event that the entire family can take in,” said Bart Sutherland, who is a member of the Killarney Community Events Committee which hosts the concert. “We’ve added a second act this year and we’re confident with Jade Eagleson headlining that the show is going to sell out early so you’re definitely going to want to get your ticket ASAP.”
Eagleson, who boasts more than 130 million streams on YouTube since his self-titled album in 2020, is a gold certified and two-time platinum artist. Hailing from Ontario, Eagleson has been nominated for three Juno awards and picked up the Canadian Country Music Award for Album of the Year in 2024 with “Do It Anyway.”
After collaborations with Garth Brooks and Keith Urban, Olsen will open the show with his pop-infused country music. Known for his singles “Raised By A Good Time” and “Outta Yours,” Olsen is a Grammy nominated artist from Ontario.
This is the fourth Kick Off To Summer event with Brett Kissel headlining the show last year, the Reklaws performing in 2023 and the Hunter Brothers playing the inaugural event. The event helps raise money for community organizations. Last year more than $20,000 was given back to the community to organizations like Killarney minor ball and hockey, the local fire department and Turtle Mountain Flywheel Club to name a few.

Please note that the concert will still proceed even if it's raining. In the event of lightning, if it's within a 10km radius, the concert will pause until it passes and then the concert will resume.
This is standard protocol for all outdoor music festivals.
We are hoping mother nature looks kindly upon us this Saturday, but it's best to be prepared in case it does rain.
