Pan fried Scallops, pea purée, black pudding, parma ham and a scallop row sauce.

Black pudding with crispy hens egg, apple purée and herb rosti.

Mains

Pan fried chicken with chive creamed potato, honey roasted parsnips, tenderstem, onion purée, braised shallot, crsipy shallots and red wine jus.

Braised featherblade of beef, with creamed potato, celeriac purée, honey roasted carrots, tenderstem and red wine jus.

Desserts

Sticky toffe pudding with caramel sauce and fudge ice cream.

Rolled and ready to be cooked.
We first steam these for 10-12 minutes, then we finish in the pan with butter.

Served with celeriac purée, buttered kale, chive creamed potato and red wine jus.
