Colectivo Felix Across the Americas we create intimate dining experiences,
spaces for celebration and nourishment in the form of creative, artful cuisine.

Based out of San Francisco Bay Area, we are available to create spontaneous, unrepeatable dining experiences in private homes, restaurants, wineries, farms, barns…you name it! We can adapt to almost any space. Maintaining the Colectivo Felix philosophy, we prepare local and indigenous ingredients of our surroundings while using Latin American cooking techniques and recipes researched over the year

s wandering the continent. From San Diego to Santa Barbara, this Latin American culinary caravan will go where needed in southern and central California. While we have a few dinner formats ready to suggest, each dining experience is unique and can be designed to meet your needs and taste. Each summer we also travel across the US to visit our friends in family in San Francisco, New York and explore new cities such as Chicago, Washington D.C and Atlanta this 2016! In the spring, redwood trees put out new, bright green tips. These tips are more tender than fully grown needles, and have a bright, tart flavor. Our Dinner at the Courtyard on May 27th will feature a redwood chimichurri, among other seasonal and indigenous ingredients. Q: What do seaweed and corn have in common?

A: Both have played a huge role in Californian cuisine for centuries!

In celebration of the 113th anniversary of Argentina’s first sovereign government, Colectivo Felix and 11th Hour are hosting a dinner showcase of California’s diverse food culture. The Central Coast is incredibly rich in many species of seaweed, such as Nereocystis luetkeana, also known as Bull kelp. And although non-native corn was introduced more recently, it has also become an indispensable part of Californian food culture. Come join us on May 27th for an exploration of what food sovereignty means to all of us.
