We are happy to announce that our products are now being sold in Tops Markets throughout the 585 area code and in a bunch of stores in Buffalo!

We also currently have them in SKIP'S FAIRPORT, Skips on the Ridge, Flower City Flavor Company, Special T Cakes, Costanza Sausage, MY ROOMMATES CLOSET and of course, www.crookedcreekbbq.com

Indirect heat vs. direct heat, when grilling! We're breaking it down so you don't have to wonder the next time a recipe calls for this!
🔥 Indirect heat-when the fire is on either side of the food. Is best for larger, tougher cuts of meat that require more than 20 minutes of cooking.
🔥 Direct heat-when the fire is directly below the food. Is best for relatively small, tender pieces of food that cook in 20 minutes or less.

Just wanted to let you know that we will be a food vendor at Fairport Canal Days again this year on Saturday 6/3 and Sunday 6/4.

We will be in the Fairport Village Landing parking lot serving up our Crooked Creek Barbecue pulled pork sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwiches, salt potatoes and cajun corn!
