Mrs. Holbrook is ready for Back to School with a garland from a DIY kit! You pick the colors and the following is included:
- Balloons in multiple sizes
- Step by step instructions
- Formula on how to make clusters
- Supplies to create and install the garland

Kits are $25 for a 6 foot garland (pictured). Balloons are from professional brands including, Tuftex, Kalisan and Sempertex. No more stinky, thin balloons from Amazon or Shein. You get to support a local small business!
