Operations and spin-ups under the Red Stone banner will not be like typical events. They are not about getting into gunfight after gunfight for arbitrary points. They will be about weeks if not months of planning, making sure everyone is positioned just right, and finally the ex*****on that will determine whether or not you walk away with mission success.

We want every engagement our attendees get into to have a weight to them that you will not find anywhere else. That weight will come from the knowledge that there are no second chances and that even the slightest mistake can mean mission failure.

How many of you might be interested in attending a small one day event that would lay the ground work for future operations under the Red Stone banner?

This event would likely be a low vis surveillance on a dead drop in a public location that would follow onto a direct action capture mission of some low level guys in a cell the task force is tracking. If we can garner enough interest we can potentially have something like this set up before the end of the year. Let us know in the comments!

So we’re not dead. Planning Operation Shadow Spire is certainly taking longer than we’ve expected.

For those that might like to help out, we’re trying to find a good abandoned location in Maryland with plenty of back roads and space in every direction. If there’s a mall and airbnbs inside of a half hour then that’s even better!

Once we nail down a location then the Operation would come shortly afterwards.

When many people think about special operations, what usually comes to mind? Compound raids, HALO jumps, just overt direct action missions right? Well what if we told you that those are only a part of the bigger picture?

Have you ever had to surveil a discreet dead drop in a crowded public place? How about tail a courier to a point where you can safely capture them? Maybe you’ve even thought about stealing a laptop from a hotel room that turns out to be a veritable treasure trove of intel?

With Red Stone we’re looking to implement things like this for an experience you can’t get at other MFOGs. Tailored to make these missions as close to a real life special operation as legally possible. It’s time for a different style of events. Events that are closer to real world operations. Operations where there are no second chances.
