This is a celebration of our resilience. This is an act of resistance.

Super nervous to attempt to fry chicken OUTSIDE for thee FIRST TIME!! Lol but I HAVE to try it! My marinade on all my chicken is the same but I've only presented it to yall Roasted and BBQ'd (playing it safe) the original flavors and styles that started my wave have yet to be presented event style!
We started our chicken journey with POPS over the grease after kickball at leschi in 99 off yesler LOL! So we're attempting to bring it to you FRIED LIVE AND DIRECT and most importantly FRESH! LOL We cannnntt staannndd old chicken and I refuse to sell it! So here we go camping gear style trial! Come out and show your support for our small family business! 😊

Ps. any experienced fryers have any tips for this young buck!.. like ohh idk do I have enough butane 🤔 is this stove good for 4 hours of chicken frying madness😂😂😂
