Let’s grasp every moment of what life can offer us.
We are so fortunate to wake, up in the morning the one who are doing it, to witness every second of a 24 hours day !
We have to be humble enough to have the pleasure that it repeats itself the day after.

•DE VOUS À MOI• When I was younger, I have been blown away by the painters Arcimboldo, Dali among others who could be able to create multiple layers of illusion, of magic into other realities of their Art. How do you create Art and add multiple complexities of angles, of approaches, of lights, of joy, emotions, of unknown….. let all those complexities exist and yet sometimes follow another purpose which might be giving sense to the process and only to u. •LET THE NATURE PIERCES YOU• so much inspiration you can witness all around you. We are the nature: entertwind branches creating chaos and still a strong base to lean on. It is hanging down, reaching any directions, looking for the light. The nature is so beautifully imperfect. We are nature. Accepting the chaos, the imperfection within ourselves is a gift that we should offer to ourselves. Let’s nourish this body alive, fragile and stable at the same time. It is our duty to take care of the body that we are borrowing for a short life….. feed, train your brain, your heart, your soul, your mind, your physicality. We can train to see…. We can train to look and surround. We can train to hear… we can train to listen and surround. We can train to be run by the outside… we can train to select and surround….Let’s not take it for granted that a life is decided and will happened as we planned. Get curious and change your path if it is needed. It is a privilege to witness a new day every day. •should I ?• Putting up a mask. Should I hide myself ? What would I have to hide from ?How is it to be transparent in front of someone and being a woman ? How would I be in front of you without my protection ? Would you see me shine ? Would people want to see a woman independent, fearless, enjoying life and be bold enough to tell what she thinks ? Not sure…. Are we a threat from the moment we decide to go against the stream? Aren’t we tired to categorise people into boxes and judge ? Can’t we live smartly all together ? Shining all over with our strength and vulnerabilities? The word LISTEN resonates so much in me. How can we listen, understand, read, feel, talk to , help, love, support, be inspired by, be provoked from, have empathy, have compassion, have a true curiosity, have the privilege to be with each OTHERS.. if we do not listen to ourselves, this inner voice that is so pure, that has to be respected and LISTEN? Feed your intimacy yourself. No one should know you better than yourself. To be expressive as consequences…. But it is such a gift to be as close as possible to your heart and soul. Trust yourself . I was asked to be interviewed about my career development and process. It is always a joy to dig into the memories. That I was able to dance , witness movements, development, sweat, learning, collaboration, struggling, being injured so many times, enjoying the vulnerability that I felt on stage at the time, the silence, the symphony, the repetition, the constant spontaneity that you have to deal with all the time, being sharp at a specific moment, improvising, dealing with situations, dealing with people closely, arguing, achieving a piece all together, a togetherness, willingness to always develop, fantastic meetings, listening, almost feeling you want to give up, meditating, self-centred, self independent, working a lot, feeling very lost, working on details, never been attached to something, accepting the changes, accepting challenges, smelly costumes, laughters with wonderful technicians, the joy of expressing myself with my body and so much more: THAT IS A TOTAL PRIVILEGE. Thank you people who gave me the chance to follow my purpose. Thank you me for not giving up. I stand here on my feet thankful to continue my journey. My life…. Thank you all who have joined me. Half empty/ Half full…. It’s a matter of choice . Does life shape you or is it our awareness that chooses to put the light on what we want to see and believe and develop??? Sources of inspiration are all around us. Can I get bored being surrounded by so much beauty around me? Simple things are essential. Challenges are vital. I want you “struggle” to ring at my door once in a while in order to realise how lucky, fortunate I am to be alive and standing.
