To think I used to be scared of getting near Kale just because of the way it looks. Thinking it going to taste nasty. Well I can tell you I now love Kale in all it’s form. Raw as salad, in my omelette or smoothie . My favorite is using it as my vegetable for Efo riro( leafy vegetable toss in peppers). It taste so yummy. So I shoot my first shot with COVID with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine today, I feel fine so far. I was joking with hubby to keep checking me every 30min if am alive and can move😁.I want to share my experience with you all because I know there is lot of skepticism around the vaccine, which I understand. So first dose received next dose in 3weeks. If anything happen before then I will share it with you. If you are a healthcare worker or have 60 above parent who have gotten the vaccine, please share your experience with your community. COVID had taken enough from the world we, we can only stop it together .
