This video concept has truly been a labor of love, and I love how it turned out. My goal was to create something soft, warm, and elegant, yet still powerful and genuine and I’m proud to say it hit all those notes. This year, I’ve pushed myself to explore lighting in new ways and elevate every detail in my work, and this project is proof of that growth.

Starting with just a simple backdrop, a few lights, and color grading, I transformed my vision into reality. Adjusted Crown Felicia Nicole brought it to life effortlessly, moving from a bit of nervousness to absolute confidence. She let the direction flow and owned the moment beautifully.

Every person I film is a star, but this year, working as the personal videographer for a celebrity client was a milestone. Just two years into building Confident Studios, I had the privilege of capturing moments for someone whose team has worked with the best in the industry. Their feedback? They loved my work. Hearing from seasoned professionals that my talent stands out felt like powerful confirmation of the vision and skill I bring to each project. This year, their praise reminded me that Confident Studios is destined for great things.

One year ago 🥹 I was so happy when I purchased that light 😭 I’m giving myself flowers today 🙌 What started with content creation projects, one year ago, has blossomed into opportunities to work with global and statewide organizations, offering brand strategy, video production, and photography services.

I am thankful for God’s grace that have carried me every step of the way and to be able to be a full-time Videographer in my hometown.

With only less than 5% of video production professionals being Black women, I’m proud to be part of this journey, breaking barriers while growing in my purpose. Thank you to my village, community and clients for sticking it out with me. This is just the beginning😉
