There is a lot of new faces here since my last personal post, so l thought l’d reintroduce myself. My name is Carrie and I made the venture out “on my own” after working in event rentals and with other planners for years🤍

I spend most of my free time with my 5 month old son, husband, and wild golden retriever. Lover of coffee, red wine, Taylor Swift (I am an ‘06 fan, I always say I discovered her, ask my sister she will tell you) and any piece of China, I’ve known since I was in 10th grade I wanted to be a wedding planner.

Although I’m a new mom, I always say CAE is my first baby, and boy, are we in for some exciting changes coming soon .design.co 🤍🤍🤍

You can’t catch me on a wedding day without one of these ladies. I am so incredibly lucky to have the best ladies (and great friends) by my side on weddings day since almost the start of CAE!

Jess- Patience of a saint. Truly, she’s my meticulous brain when I sometimes don’t have time to slow down on wedding day. She will become best friends with your Aunt Sally, and is NEVER without a smile. Need a confidence boost or any encouragement, all you have to do is glance her way.

Cammy- She’s my feet. She’s always three steps ahead of getting something done before I even have to ask. She can set up or break down anything in a blink of an eye. Give her a problem, it’s not a problem in a few minutes. Cant find a groomsmen- I swear she pulls them out of her pocket.

Although , I personally, have taken a step back in coordinations. These ladies are your girls. Reach out today if you want to have them be your calm your final month leading up to your wedding 🤍

There is a common misconception that private residence weddings are less expensive than a traditional venue wedding. However, they can be just as expensive if not WAY more while brining in tables, chairs, garbage cans, generators, bathrooms, and so much more.

We LOVE the idea of residential weddings. They create the opportunity for you personalize the space from top to bottom, Open up a more flexible install time, and create a sense or intimacy. And who doesn’t want to get married in a place more meaningful to you?

Having a planner is vital while planning- what will you do if there is rain? How much power is needed? How can you optimize the space? How can you do a played meal for 250 in a field? At the end of the day- this is a house not a wedding venue. You have to rethink the entire space.
