Greetings Fam-Lee,
The Reunion has been cancelled for 2024.
I am writing to give you the financial information about this year's reunion. The reunion is going to be at Pilgrim's Community Center @ Oak Lawn Park, 820 West Pecan Street, Mt. Pleasant, TX on August 31, 2024 (8 am-10 pm) and September 1, 2024 (12 pm-8 pm) Labor Day weekend. We are still confirming a Registration/Meet & Greet location for Friday evening August 30, 2024.
The committee has been working hard to plan this reunion. We have used the feedback we received from the family survey. The fees you pay will help cover the venue cost, meals, our seniors over the age of 65, and other incidentals. We are so excited to see everyone! We ask that you help spread the word to ALL of the family.
The fee for adults 19-64 is $60 and children ages 13-18 will pay $20. In order to keep you from having to pay all the fees upfront, we are encouraging partial payments with the final payment being made by July 6, 2024
(11 pm). We have 3 ways you can pay:

Please, include the names of individuals you are paying for in the memo section.
We are also open to receiving monetary donations.
T-shirts are optional, and the fee is $15. I have attached a sample picture of the t-shirt for you. The shirt is Navy blue. Above the tree will say: "Mighty Branches" below the tree will say "Strong Roots", and in the middle it will say "FAM-LEE".
