As your wedding planner one of the things I ALWAYS suggest is having a seating chart for your guests. (If you have an intimate wedding you can totally get away without having one.) But for most weddings, your guests actually appreciate being guided to their tables and then YOU don’t have to worry about open seats and running out of tables for your guests. It makes everyone’s lives SO much easier and stress-free.
