The first new thing I’d like to help YOU with:

🌹🌷Preserving Flowers🌷🌹

This was made out of flowers from my grandmothers funeral. Pictures attached. I love it SO much.

In a few short months, a good friend of mine is getting married and she is going to let me preserve her wedding bouquet and frame it, I’m so excited to attempt it and see how it turns out! 💐

Let me know your ideas and how you would like to have your flowers preserved! I do have more flowers press drying in a book right now, in another week or less I’ll be making something out of that to show you all as well! 🥰

Allow me to reintroduce myself! Welcome to Dragonfly Designs. Heres a short little back story on the name and logo. When I was a freshman in high school, my Grandma gave me my first James Avery charm bracelet, and the charm she picked was a dragonfly. Since then, I have always thought of her when I see them or see anything about them.

December 31st, 2024 at 9:00am, I watched my Grandma take her last breath and gain her wings. There was a song playing on the TV Channel at the same time which was “Find your Wings” by Mark Harris. Since her passing, I have been drawn to get right with God, and build my relationship back up with Him.

I have wanted to start my little business back up for a few months now but had no motivation to do so, or any ideas. The other morning, I woke up knowing exactly what to do, the only thing I didn’t know was a new name. Once I got out of bed, it came to me. Dragonfly Designs. I am able to do all the things I’m capable of because it runs deep in my blood from my mom, and of course she got it from my Grandma. I have no doubt that my Grandma had a hand in helping me pick the name. She found her angel wings, and is helping me get ready to fly into the new adventures to come.

The logo: I chose bluebonnets as they are her favorite, the green because it was her favorite color, of course we had to add a dragon fly into it, and if you look closely - it has landed on the “L” for her name, Lois.

So, Welcome to Dragonfly Designs. Come land and stay a while! 🤍
