Thank you Johan Buis and Bianca for the tour! It’s my honor to visit your farm 💝

Mediaverdi 有超過一百年歷史，近年主要種植康乃馨同小繡球，老闆Johan 是第四代，未來仔仔會繼續尼個花業。參觀過好多花農，發現原來唔係好多下一代都想做返花農，要一直經營落去都唔容易啊。

10月頭仲有好多康乃馨收成，可以一睹近年流行嘅顏色，當中nude, vintage, dark pink 係我最愛。小繡球是室外種植，到12月份有足夠長度&花冧就可以入溫室，1月份就有收成。聽佢哋講，說是4 flower heads即是4個花頭，而且花頭大細是差不多。係唔係甘consistent，等我過多兩個月買來看看😉👍🏻

Lilac (Syringa) Farm Visit with @flower3948 Oct 23 有時我哋會覺得點解啲花咁貴？其實貴唔貴，或者值唔值，了解完枝花背後的種植過程可能有唔同感受。 好像紫丁香為例，小灌木經過六至七年不斷的修剪和移植，成為大灌木後，從田間到溫室種植至開花需額外兩年時間，前後近十年先種到第一枝紫丁香，而培育新的品種則需要七年，每一支花都承載住花農的心機。🥹 種植成本高，以致花價昂貴，明白花農賺的可能比我想像還少，每一次visit都令我更加珍惜同欣賞每枝花。冬天的紫丁花特別美，唔好錯過喔💕
