I always want a “boo box” this time of year—and this time I made my own. Ordered from Boarderie last year and it was stale by the time I received it. And not overly original. If I make these to order (in single or double serving) in the next few weeks, would you be interested? Lots of fun to put together and I used locally sourced goat cheese.

Sometimes we make it more simple and just do a family picnic at the park. Hot dogs, corn, and oven baked onion rings. I’ve been in a creative jolt lately, thinking all the things, and am putting together a woman’s picnic event in one of our wilderness areas. I’ll post more when I receive my special recreation permit for the event.

We had a health issue and surgery in the family, followed by a few weeks of company, but we can book picnics for late July or after (might be better to be out of the monsoons), if interested. Happy 4th of July, everyone! 🧨🧨
