I relaunch my event planning business back in 2021 after my mom died suddenly in my home we shared of a heart attack. So this took my mind of the grief and kept me busy as I had no one due to being the only child. I started back in 2006 and than stopped. But I still did events for family and friends. I recently took a year off to deal with the ongoing grief but I’m back at it. I design the overall look, set up, and cleaned up after the events. You don’t have to lift a finger.

I’m an event planner/event decorator/balloon artist. I take care of all of your event needs down to outside vendors. I have been in the business a long time so I have my preferred vendors list that includes but not limited to dj, 360 Photobooth , photographer, caterer even though I cater events myself based on budget and timing, rental of tents, chairs, bouncey houses, bartenders, bottle girls, ho**ah bar, live entertainment, adult games that I create and make it fun. I also have been my clients MC for their event. Because it’s my passion I also help my clients with their event attire through good prices from my preferred vendors such as makeup artist, lash, hair , nails, hair, full waxing, etc to make them feel good waking into their dream turn reality event.

No matter the size of the event, I have done intimate events for a party of 2 ppl to big parties for 150 plus. I have a lot of preferred venues. I have also worked with different venues, restaurants and activity type businesses to have a section for my clients where I can decorate the area so all they have to do is show up. I work with your budget the best way I can but I promise every client has been happy with the outcome !

Pastoral Anniversary and 50th Bday. We were requested to do a head table and balloon with column for the cake with 5 days notice! Everything came out beautiful. Good Afternoon to my supporters, I’ve been receiving inquiries on the booking process. After our initial consultation a non refundable deposit is required to officially book your date. Unfortunately, we can not hold dates. We operate on a first come first served basis. Once you’re deposit is secured your date is officially booked and we can start the design process for your special occasion. It’s extremely hard to give an exact amount at the beginning stages due to certain themes and putting special decorations together. WE HAVE BASIC LINENS, CENTERPIECES, BACKDROPS to do an event. Doing a themes takes time and work and to produce a work of art! We can offer a basic package or a theme package. We try hard to work efficiently as we can as far a pricing and setting up. For special theme decor or items needed, I research different ways to accomplish the desired effect. Based on everything needed for the decorations, set up including travel due to some items being big in which I have to use my courier services, we factor that in as well. Most importantly some venues only give an allotted time for set up and clean up in which I include however sometimes I have to have a team to make sure we don’t go over the time allotted, so that there are no additional charges to my clients.

We offer 3 levels of services.

Planning/Day of Coordination:

Planning: We help gather vendors that I personally use and trust. We help with partnering with those vendors to make sure your vision is completed to your satisfaction. We make sure the vendors match your vision according to the design of your event. We will go step by step to ensure everything is thought out to even to the smallest details. We tag along to your vendors meetings to ensure they understand your ultimate goal.

Day of Coordination: We are there during set up and during the event to make sure everything runs smoothly, following the timeline that is in place . Handling any obstacles that should arise without you knowing,

You job is to enjoy yourself and to be there to enjoy your event and spend time with your guests.

Decorator: We coordinate your decorations, we put the design together. We set up and come back to clean up after your event. Once you have secured your venue and vendors, we work around/with them to set up your decor and design to make sure your vision is fulfilled.

You can have us do it all or just one of the services.

With anyone using an a planner/decorator for the first time, most may not understand the process and the different levels/roles of event planning. Years ago I didn’t understand the process as well. So this may help my future clients understand the different titles and responsibilities of what each title covers. It shows what to expect from me during your event planning process and exactly how I can assist you with turning your event into everything your heart desires.

We have been getting inquiries on the 360 Photobooth. To give a better explanation of the services, I am going to list below important details.

*Its an automatic Photobooth that holds up to 4-5 adults.
*We can incorporate a beautiful backdrop behind it with your vision of balloons and colors.
*We can incorporate LED signs to the backdrop
*The backdrop can be filled with curtains that match the colors of your event or a customized backdrop to tie into your theme.
*We have runway carpets in the colors of white, red, and black
*We have the runway poles in silver or gold, with red, black, or white ropes.
*We also offer flood lights
*We can use our iPad to do a customized overlay and music for your theme or you can have your guest use their phone. When we use the iPad it will send your guest instantly the copy of their video. We also send you all the videos that were done to your email after the event.
*It is a minimum time of two hours. With my experience depending on how many guests you have, I can recommend what I may think will work so that all your guest have a photo opportunity. We can also take pictures in front of the backdrop.
*Our Photobooth has lights on the platform and an ring light.

I recommend starting the Photobooth an hour after your event starts so that you are not losing time as people arrive.

I will include pictures for reference. This is just a few of different backdrops and set up’s that you can do. We have regular size backdrops and we have very wide curve backdrops that we can decorate with balloons, curtains, customized backdrops and more according to your vision and theme.

As I am planning my son graduation party, which is 2 months away, amongst my other client events , definitely let us know if u need our assistance, whether it’s just the Photobooth, balloons, or just decorating! We have you! My creative mind is so amazing! Start early so it’s not a last minute stressful situation! When you can plan over a couple months it helps financial!

What is important, is when you find your venue, secure your decor! No one wants a venue with a basic set up! You reserve an venue for a reason! You want it nice! So make sure your decor can fill your empty spaces within your venue! One thing I hate is to have empty areas within a venue! You want corners to have something! It brings your look all the way together! Book us! Secure early!

My system is easy. You pay a deposit to reserve your date and we build your decor as we go. We try our hardest to work within your budget, and with time it is easier to make different ideas work!
