If anyone is looking for a hall to rent in 2024 in the South HIlls, we are taking reservations.

We do one rental a weekend, so you can decorate/drop off items the day before. The hall is yours from 12:00 (noon) till 10:00 pm. It's $400, but $50 reimbursed if place if left broom swept, garbage bagged, and no damage.

There is a fridge, 90" TV, wifi, air hockey, shuffleboard, and foozball. We have tables and chairs available. Max guests is 60. Parking for about 25 cars.

We've had Pasta Too, Gianna Via's, and Frisch's cater there.

A little history...this bldg was originally a bar/dance hall and was supposedly a hotspot during Prohibition. The Owners died and the place was empty for years. Eventually it was the Polish Falcon's Hall where both our parents did some dancing there. After awhile it was empty again, Kurt J lesker company was there and my hubby worked there as a teenager. Once they left an Architectural company was there for awhile and was empty for years until we bought it. Bill has completely restored it and restored part of the original dance floor! He also found the hidden room under the floor with lots of empty bottles, relics, pictures, etc...

The building address is actually on Curry/Horning Road. (we are on the border of Baldwin/South Park - Baldwin calls it Curry Rd, South Park call is Horning). That's the top floor which we have listed for rent for office space. The Hall entrance is on the street behind, 6th St, but there is not an address. If you turn down 6th St from Brownsville at Griffith's Funeral Home, the road comes to a T, bear left and the building/parking is on the left.
