Angel Number is a brand new artist from Manchester, UK. Their debut music, the first parts of parts of a seven-piece puzzle called The Seven Acts of Mercy, was released in May 2021.
Having previously been referred to as electro-shoegaze, however fitting a description, the world of Angel Number is completely self-contained whilst embracing the influence of a wide range of artists such as Crystal Castles, My Bloody Valentine, Depeche Mode or Radiohead.
The message for the disillusioned world is louder than the ring to the names of the people involved. This relative anonymity is no gimmick, it is a commitment not to overshadow the message.
Angel Number's potential is becoming more and more obvious each day, having just successfully sold out one of their first two headline shows.

The band debuted their self-described "odd world music" in 2013 on the independently released Outsider EP.
A sophomore EP, Black Label, followed in 2015, and was reissued the following year via the Melbourne indie label UNFD with the addition of the single "Lights on Kind of Lover," which became the group's breakout hit. Cancer Bats are a hardcore punk band from Toronto, Ontario, Canada that formed in 2004. They have released four studio albums and six extended plays. The band is composed of vocalist Liam Cormier, guitarist Scott Middleton, drummer Mike Peters and bassist Jaye R. Schwarzer.
Cancer Bats take a wide variety of influences from heavy metal sub-genres and fuse them into hardcore punk and punk rock. Including elements of sludge metal, and southern rock. The band has also been compared to metalcore bands of the 1990s like Converge and Hatebreed.
Cancer Bats originated in May of 2004 with singer Liam Cormier and guitarist Scott Middleton, former member of Toronto, Canada metal band At The Mercy Of Inspiration. The two wanted to form a project that combined their favorite parts of bands like Refused, Black Flag, Led Zeppelin and Down, among others. The lineup was rounded out with the addition of Andrew McCracken on bass and Joel Bath on drums. The four-piece wrote and recorded songs for a demo self-released in January of 2005.

THE CHRIS SLADE TIMELINE
REDHOUSE MERTHYR
________________________________
We're unbelievably excited to welcome ex AC/DC drummer Chris Slade to the stage at Redhouse Cymru Merthyr on Friday October 21st!
Chris drummed for AC/DC from 1989 to 1994, performing on their 1990 album The Razors Edge along with their first live album with singer Brian Johnson, AC/DC Live.
Chris has a huge 50 year career which began back in the 60's touring the world for seven years with Tom Jones and played drums in the singer’s backing band 'The Squires'. Chris' first real success came in 1965 when ‘It’s Not Unusual’ was recorded.
Chris then became a founding member of Manfred Mann’s Earth Band in January of 1971. He was to spend seven years with the band, recording eight albums and achieving three UK Top Ten singles in the process: 'Joybringer' (No. 9, October 1973), ‘Blinded By The Light’ (No. 6, September 1976 & a multi million selling #1 in the USA) and ‘Davy’s On The Road Again’ (No.6, June 1978).
After his time with AC/DC Chris joined up with 80’s prog-rock band 'Asia', who (even with the many personnel changes over the years) had still been managing to churn out some excellent music.
Chris recorded with Asia on their 2000-2004 studio recordings, 'Aura' and 'Silent Nation', and put forth his 'trademark' energy-filled live performances on all the subsequent tours that ensued.
Along with all of the above, Chris has also worked with the likes of Gary Moore, Jimmy Page and Gary Numan.
This really is a chance to come and watch a true great and global rock musician, tickets are ON SALE NOW via the link above!

_________________________
Originally formed in Kilmarnock, Scotland by Ross Leighton (vocals and guitar) and Greg Walkinshaw (drums) in a physics class at school and initially called Energy!, the duo added bassist Marc Strain to its lineup and renamed itself Fatherson.
In 2010, Fatherson released their debut EP, Where the Water Meets the Land, and after building a steady reputation with their live shows, they were handpicked by fellow Scottish indie outfit Idlewild to support them on their 100 Broken Windows anniversary tour. Following their change of name in 2010, the group put out their follow-up release, a self-titled EP in 2011, and went on to support the likes of Panic! At the Disco, Frightened Rabbit, and Admiral Fallow.
The group's third single, "First Born," was released in 2012 and was followed by "Mine for Me" the following year.
Fatherson headed into the studio in 2013 to set about recording their debut album, and that year also saw them recruit additional guitarist Chris Beltran for their line-up. The album, I Am an Island (influenced by the rich heritage of Scottish alternative music), was released early in 2014. The success of their debut encouraged them to return to the studio in 2015. Released in early 2016, their sophomore record, Open Book, showcased a more mature sound. They promoted the record on tour, selling out venues such as the London Scala and Glasgow's Barrowlands, and returned in 2018 with their third full-length effort, Sum of All Your Parts, which featured production work from Claudius Mittendorfer (Weezer, Johnny Marr). Following its release, the album peaked at number three on the Scottish album charts, before the group headed out on tour in support of the album.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Fatherson halted all touring and instead focused on writing and recording. Before any new material was recorded, an acoustic EP appeared that year, which saw them reworking a handful of tracks from their previous albums in a more intimate way, and it was in 2021 that the first fruits of their sessions would appear. Using their time wisely, the three-piece explored new musical territory, adding synths and more electronics into their guitar-driven sound. The singles "End of the World" and "Normal People" heralded their more expansive sound and their fourth album, Normal Fears, followed in early 2022.

The Faim came into existence as naturally as their music. The Australian group met while in high school in Perth, Australia, and the friends soon began penning their own songs, inspired by bands like Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and Metallica, and an array of musical influences, from indie rock to jazz, to pop-punk.
In the summer of 2016, the four-piece noticed that producer John Feldmann had posted a call on Instagram for unsigned bands with touring experience. Although the group had never toured before, they messaged him anyway, sending a long missive about their deep dedication to music. Feldmann wrote back a few weeks later and everything instantly went from zero to a hundred.
The band began writing new songs and ended up with 30 half-written ideas to bring to the studio in Los Angeles in the spring of 2017. There they wrote and recorded two songs per day and enlisted the help of several co-writers, including Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy), Mark Hoppus (blink-182), Josh Dun (Twenty One Pilots), and Ashton Irwin (5 Seconds of Summer). Overall, the dynamic, diverse songs they created reflect a band in constant evolution, revealing musicians willing to press boundaries.
The Faim unveiled their debut EP, Summer Is a Curse via BMG, along with four stellar singles, 'Saints of the Sinners,' 'Midland Line,' 'Summer Is a Curse,' and 'A Million Stars.' Since then, the outfit has seen massive growth across their digital platforms, racking up over 16 million total global streams and clocking over 11 million on “SIAC.”
The Faim’s early success is evidence of the importance of belief and hard work, and what it means when you’re willing to make sacrifices for your art.

Imperial Music...
Established in 2009, Imperial Music began life promoting live music in it’s hometown of Bridgend South Wales. After a very successful couple of first years including the bringing the likes of Deaf Havana, While She Sleeps, Funeral For A Friend, Bury Tomorrow and Lower Than Atlantis to the stage at Hobos Bridgend the live shows started to progress throughout South Wales hitting the likes of Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.
From 2012 onwards, Imperial Music was a familiar name within Cardiff venues such as Clwb Ifor Bach, The Globe and Cardiff University along with neighbouring cities such as Sin City Swansea and LePub Newport. A huge array of sold out South Wales shows started to venture under the belt of Imperial Music including global names such as Every Time I Die, Exodus, Dragonforce. The Amity Affliction, Cancer Bats, Moose Blood, Madball, Doyle (Misfits), Thy Art Is Murder, Whitechapel plus many many more world class artists.
As well as the promoting side of Imperial Music, there’s also an artist management branch which began with us taking on South Wales based metalcore quintet When We Were Wolves in 2012 leading to UK tour supports slots with The Blackout and Devil Sold His Soul along with UK and EU headline runs plus two KKKK Kerrang! rated EP’s.
Starting things off a lot slower than when we did with the startup of promoting as not to jump straight into the deep end of management but soon finding that artist management and promoting go hand in hand with each other, we decided to take it further over the 18 months that followed and were lucky enough to start working with Hull heavyweights Black Tongue and South Wales metalcore favourites Continents both eventually signing record deals with Century Media (Black Tongue) and Victory Records (Continents).
Moving forward we took on London tech metallers Harbinger and what followed was a very successful 18 months including the signing to Basick Records, a very busy UK and EU touring schedule including an 11 date run supporting Loathe along with the release of their KKKK Kerrang! rated EP ‘Human Dust’ (Basick).
As of today we are proud to manage Hull downtemp metal giants Black Tongue. Swindon pop-rock quartet All Ears Avow and Leeds groove metallers Cutting Teeth all three with tremendous passion and work ethic to make it in a very difficult industry, a huge 2019 / 2020 lined up for all bands including EP releases and a busy touring schedule!
