🌟 Meet Kayla Leveille of The Sleepy Sparrow! 🌟

At DoDuluth, we love showcasing the passionate dreamers and doers who make Duluth unique. This week, we're thrilled to feature Kayla Leveille, the visionary behind The Sleepy Sparrow, a one-of-a-kind gift shop filled with ethically sourced treasures and a whole lot of heart. 💝✨

Kayla’s journey to business ownership began with a leap of faith. A mom to five kids (and a blended family of 11!), she took a bold step in Spring 2024 after losing her job as a massage therapist. Instead of giving up, Kayla followed her dream of opening a welcoming space that brings joy and community connection to Duluth.

The Sleepy Sparrow, located in the lovingly renovated former VFW building, is more than just a store—it’s an experience. With the help of her kids, Kayla transformed the space into a warm, inviting haven filled with ethically sourced goods. From clothing and accessories to unique toys, terracotta planters, and gifts you won’t find anywhere else, there’s something for everyone.

When you walk through the doors, you’ll feel the love and care Kayla has poured into every corner. Take a moment to sit on the cozy couch, play a word on the Scrabble wall, or simply soak in the comforting atmosphere. Whether you're having a bad day or just need a little inspiration, The Sleepy Sparrow is a place to feel seen, heard, and welcomed.
