Originally hailing from Turin, Italy, Lorenzo Chiabotti began his love affair with music at a very young age. First playing the drums and then studying music at the Music School of Art, where he began to learn many different elements of music. It was also during his teenage years that he began to immerse himself in Turin’s warehouse rave scene.
In 2006 Lorenzo moved to Ibiza for the summer season. In that first fated summer he would meet Luc Ringeisen in the Vinyl Club record shop and he gave Luc a demo of his unreleased productions. The tracks quickly circulated around the island being played in Circoloco and DC-10.
After a few summer seasons of living in Ibiza, Lorenzo wanted something more. His good friend Luc Ringeisen had suggested that he relocate to Berlin and he officially moved there in 2010. Shortly after relocating to Berlin he began to collaborate with Vinylclub label mate Maki Polne where they released a slew of records together. Lorenzo also has heavily collaborated with Yaya of Desolat an old friend from his past in Ibiza. More recently he has had successful releases on labels such as INFUSE, Eastenderz, FA>IE Records and a debut UK garage track on Outer Place called ‘Stratonautica.’
Lorenzo’s sound can be described as funk driven minimal techno that is reshuffled with house and adds just a bit of darkness that keeps it all tightly woven together in a forward thinking manner. Never sticking to just one style his love for breakbeat and UK garage is also present in his DJ sets and productions that show his range as an artist. Recently a new passion for 4-D sound and modular synths has pushed him to evolve even more as an artist with a new live modular set under the alias of Unset.

Modbox

Assiduous researcher of music ranging from minimal to techno up to house music Modbox can be defined first of all as a real digger, he founded Castanea Records in 2014 where currently relevant names of the electronic panorama stand out. His studio work is accompanied by a hybrid system which includes digital and analog, his sound is the pure essence of minimal high definition sounds and dancefloor’s groove. You can perceive the fluidity and effectiveness of the music produced followed in detail. Influenced by several musical genres over the years he has made his own a large musical baggage that can be rediscovered in his sets.

John Dirimat

Sinhalese & Filipino, John is born and raised in Milano, Italy. When East & West cultures and philosophies are combined, the result is a unique melting pot of peculiar distinctive features, well spotted in life as in his music, which is characterized by minimal techno grooves, funky vibes, exotic feelings with a twist of esotericism.
John grew up in the 90’s with a strong love for the Hip-Hop street culture but at the same time he built un unstoppable interest in music, especially electronic, spending his whole lifetime in militancy in underground musical scenes. He is also co-founder of “Rebus Collective” and part of the O.D.D. family in Milano.

Hatari is a multi-faceted artist: dj and live performer, producer, sound designer, she has been developing for more than ten years a rich and polymorphous universe moving with finesse between dance-floor, conceptual productions and contemporary art. Hatari conceives her music - porous, organic, resolutely uninhibited - as a permanent field of research and playground. This particular approach of sound and its construction, naturally fuel the heart and engine of her dj sets and marathon live performances. Micro-tensions, enlightened minimalism and textured echoes. Hatari likes to tell stories and her sound palette is CinemaScope.

Jetru is a Zurich born and based artist who understands the basic principle of making people let loose of their busy minds trough tremendous electronic tunes. Cheecky sets that connect old house and techno gems with newer minimal tunes, sometimes embedding a lil breakbeat - constant groove and no genre boarders are her credo. Passionately expressing her innerself trough finest selections with a good feeling for the crowd in order to smoothly take everyone on a dancing journey.

This Saturday we had the great pleasure to have Guy From Downstairs with us, who gave a proper example of what his idea of electronic and minimal music is.
Groovy and electric sounds - all elements that characterize most of his productions as well - took us into a very interesting multi-faceted music journey and gifted us a lot of fun!

Lorenzo, born in 1999, is the head and heart of BRICH, he launches the project in 2019 together with his best friend Luca with whom he has been cultivating a passion for minimal music for some time.
Lorenzo is a DJ/Producer too and he had the honor of playing in events with DJS of the caliber of Praslea, Priku, Dana Ruh, Sublee, Gescu, Topper and others..
Lorenzo is working hard in the studio to find the nuance that most distinguishes him.
Thanks to constancy and hard work, for some time now he has been starting to bring his music even outside the Italian borders.
