PATIKAN SA TAGUM General Guidelines

1. Open to all Tattoo Artist;
2. The event will be held at Barangay La Filipina Gymnasium, Tagum City on July 31, 2022, 8:00AM-5:00PM;
3. Participating tattoo Artist must be vaccinated so with their models;
4. This an open theme colored/Bng tattoo contest;
5. There will be registration fees per category (Pro, Non Pro and New Bie) inclusion of meals and certificate;
6. PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The participating artist should submit their names on or July 22, 2022. No pre registration no entry in the event; and
