There’s a bit of a misconception when it comes to booking with us that we’re likely “too busy” to have availability. I often hear customers say “I was going to reach out about an event, but it was just so last minute I figured you guys were booked up”. Although it’s true we got a lot going on, it’s never too late to reach out and inquire! Majority of our bookings are actually secured within just a week in advance. 🤯 Yes, we do have things locked in months out, but there’s plenty of openings in the inbetween & we will always do what we can to come through 😊

Obviously, the sooner you can contact us the better, but we want to encourage everyone to holler at us anyway… don’t be assuming🤪 this time of year comes with great demand, but we’re here to meet it!! 🤞 ☕️ ✨🎉🎉🎉

Got quite a few newbies around here thanks to our recent giveaway, so, hi !!! The name is ✨Espressoak✨ (pronounced as one word, no “x” sound to be found🤯) We’re a mobile coffee bar serving the Abilene area as basically a ‘coffee shop on wheels’ using our retro-style trailer and/or indoor coffee cart to cater local events! Although majority of our time is spent with private bookings such as weddings, schools, offices, etc., we do some public pop ups where you can find us for your caffeine fix😤 our socials stay up to date with the weekly schedule on stories and on the pinned post on our feed, so be sure to stay on the lookout!
