🥳🥳 Feast Meeting 🥳🥳

Wednesday 17th April 6:30pm - Summer House at Joan Burnetts

We are starting to pull together ideas for this Years Feast and would love to welcome new helpers and ideas and anyone that might like to come along and provide input.

We will also be looking for volunteers for set up and take down and to run stalls on the day - whatever help you can provide we would be most grateful for.

Following the success at the Christmas Pop up Pub Philly’s will be in East Cott from 5pm (exact location to be confirmed)
There won’t be a Pop up Pub this time, but we hope to do some throughout the coming year.

EAST COTT FEAST WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HAS SUPPORTED US SO FAR!

This year a small group of volunteers set out to secure the future of EAST COTT FEAST, to try and create a self funding event, and also hopefully provide a fund available to support other community events.
From your support of the Pop up Pub in July and EAST COTT FEAST in August raising over £2000 we now have a FEAST COMMUNITY FUND to support future community events.

We hope to add to this fund, not only to support and improve EAST COTT FEAST going forward, but to help fund other future community events.
The FEAST COMMUNITY FUND will be available to support community social events, community commemorate events, support local associations, as well as supporting local charity events, making them easier to hold without individuals having to self fund them.

In the past EAST COTT FEAST has been able to donate funds to local charities and organisations such as the Village Hall and Church, and through these events, once we have sufficient funds available to successfully support EAST COTT FEAST and other community events we will be able to start donating to local charities again.

If you have any ideas for future community events, have an event you need help with, a charity that needs support, or if you would like to help us, please get in touch.
