-Respond to queries from customers
-Provide good customer service
-Upsell & cross-sell to prospective customers
-Assist in other administrative works including: i) coordinate with delivery personnel, ii) manage sequence of orders by delivery time, iii) print message cards and ensure all orders contain correct message content

Requirements:
-Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to work 5.5 days a week
-Friendly and socially confident
-Fresh graduates with no working experience are encouraged to apply for this job
-Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our address is within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Line LRT station)
-Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

Benefits:
-EPF, Socso, overtime allowance
