Hi, just letting everyone know that the Co-op car park will be closed to cars for just over 1 hour on Friday. This is to keep the public safe whilst the Christmas tree lights are switched on as part of Christmas comes to Studley Event. A very few spaces will be available for urgent use, but please if at all possible shop a little earlier or later on this one day. Many thank for your help.

Thank you Studley Scout Group for a fun festive hour today making lanterns for the parade next week!

On Friday 24th November - Join Studley in Bloom at the Co-op from 5.45pm for their tree lights switch on at 6pm. Santa and Rudolph will arrive shortly after to lead the lantern parade from 6.20pm along Marble Alley and the High Street to the Village Hall where the Studley Christmas Lights will be switched on at 6.30pm!

Studley Christmas Market will take place in Millennium Square, Studley High Street from 2pm-8pm and there will also be a Christmas Fayre at the Village Hall from 4pm-7pm.

‼️ Don’t forget that Studley High Street is closed to ALL TRAFFIC from 5.30pm-8pm. ‼️

Have you got a 4 pint milk carton ready for our Lantern Workshop this Saturday? ✨
We’ll be open 12-3pm, pop in any time, all young people must be accompanied by an adult.

Make sure to save and wash your empty milk cartons this week if you are coming along to the Lantern Making Workshop with Studley Scout Group on Saturday 18th November!

They will provide all of the decorating materials, you just need your clean 4 pint milk cartons!

🎄Christmas Fayre 2023🎄

Our Christmas Fayre will be held in Studley Village Hall on Friday 24th November 2023 from 16:00 - 19:30. The fayre will run in conjunction with the 'Christmas Comes to Studley Event' and is set to be a fantastic afternoon and evening for all to enjoy!

Indoor craft stalls are charged at £15.00 each.

🏮 Children's Lantern Making Workshop! 🏮

- Studley Scout Hut
- Saturday 18th November
- 12pm-3pm
- FREE to attend!

Join the Studley Scouts at their free workshop to create your lantern for our Festive Lantern Parade at the Christmas Comes to Studley event!

Drop in between 12pm and 3pm to create your lantern. Craft materials will be provided but you do need to bring an empty, well-washed, 4 pint milk bottle.

Children must be supervised at all times, this is not a drop and go session :)

STUDLEY CHRISTMAS MARKET

Applications are now open for traders to apply for this year's Studley Christmas Market.

The event will take place on Friday 24th November in Millennium Square, Studley High Street from 2pm-8pm.

We have a limited number of stalls available and we are looking for a good variety of stalls. Please DM this page with your email address and we will forward an application form.

The deadline for completed forms is Monday 18th October. If your application is successful you will be notified by the organising committee.

Many thanks for supporting this event! Please do remember that the entire Christmas Comes to Studley event is run by volunteers, if you are interested in lending a few hours to assist with marshaling, we would love to hear from you.

It’s almost time! Christmas Comes to Studley 2022 is taking place this Friday! Please see the event page or the attached image for event timings.

The Christmas lights will be switched on at 6.30pm outside Studley Village Hall.

The children’s lantern parade will take place from the co-op to village hall (along Studley high street) from approx 6.20pm. Look out for Santa who will be leading the parade!

‼️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ROAD CLOSURES AND VEHICLE ACCESS ‼️

*** A road closure will be in place on Studley High Street from 5.30pm-8pm. ***

*** A section of the Co-op car park will be closed between 5-6.30pm during the Studley in Bloom tree switch on. This is clearly signposted. Please ensure you take care around this area for the safety of all attendees.***

*** The Christmas Market will be taking place from 2-8pm in Millennium Square on the high street, on the car park in front of the former Studley Youth Centre, and the top section of Pool Road car park. If you do park your car in these areas overnight can we politely request that all vehicles are moved by 9am on Friday morning. Any cars that remain will be blocked in for the duration of the event. Until at least 8pm.***

Hello everyone. The lovely ladies at Studley Parish Council have space for stalls at their indoor craft market in the Studley Village Hall on Friday 25 November. This will run alongside the outdoor market, and lights switch on.

ALL stall enquiries should be sent to [email protected] (Kellie, Admin Officer). We are not directly involved in this event so am unable to answer any queries.
