PITTSFORD VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD PARTIES ARE BACK ON TRACK

Although the last few parties were canceled due to rain, this evening we enjoyed mild temperatures and the beautiful setting of Jim and Lisa's beautiful gardens, terrace, and lawn.

Thanks to our hosts Jim Weick and Lisa Hughes. Thanks also to this season's event coordinators June Reeves and Beverly Ludke. I also want to extend a special thanks to Lindsay Fass Graham who coordinated the parties for last several years.

2023 A FROG HOUSE GALA DEDICATED
IN MEMORIAM TO MARTIN FASS

Few people I know are as passionate about protecting the environment as my friend Margot Fass. For the last five years, Margot has focused on environmental education through the organization she organized and now manages known as A Frog House.

On December 2, 2023 a gala was held at the Century Club in Rochester to celebrate two causes dear to Margot, the environment and mental health. The night's program included both entertainment and speakers who addressed the issues are the core of A Frog House's mission.

The night was dedicated in memory of Margot's husband Martin. Margot and Martin celebrated sixty years of marriage on November 3, two days before Martin passed.

OCTOBER 13, 2023 GARDEN PARTY

A crisp fall evening provided the perfect setting to gather around the fire pit or around the kitchen island. Thanks to our gracious hosts, Donna and Mark Payne.

Mark Payne created quite a feast to accompany what the guests brought. Jus' Sayin' mmmmm.
Bacon wrapped dates
Queso cheese dip cornbread
Cranberry chutney and feta cheese mini pies
Pulled pork and slaw sliders.

****SECOND OF TWO PHOTO ALBUMS****
Saturday evening may have been the best garden party ever in Pittsford Village. Many thanks to our hosts (featured in the first photo!) and the sublime weather they provided (crisp but not too chilly!), amazing creative food choices (along with all that was brought by the guests!), sound system and dancing (who knew?) and a movie that no one watched because everyone was having too much fun!

The ONLY "complaint" (which was a compliment!) is that it ended too early---so next year, we might extend the time from 6-9 pm to 6- 10 pm (!!!). People took the party end time from the party invite too literally so at 9, the party was over.

THANK YOU villagers and guests for coming. Happy Halloween to all!

Last night was truly magical! Thank you again to our hosts Anuradha Chaudhri and Kunal Tanwar for an enchanting evening! This was the first ever "outside the box" and into the Town of Pittsford rather than the Village. But no one left disappointed!
