We've made some changes! Following on from our fundraising efforts and successful grant applications, we've been able to paint the hall and repair the main hall floor. We've had some wonderful feedback and we're so happy we're now in position to make these changes!

We have lots of lovely stalls, tea and cakes, a wonderful set from the Wirral 3Ls Choir and a bouncy castle to keep the little ones busy! Don't forget to bring your spare change and try your luck in our raffle

We Need Your Help!!

Our Charity Spring Craft Fair 2025 is only 2 weeks away and our facepainter has had to cancel! We've contacted a few others on our mailing list but unfortunatley they're unavailable.

If anybody is available on Saturday 22nd March 1pm-4pm please get in touch!

As this is a charity event we would ask for small donation to go towards our fundraising efforts, but whatever earnings you take on the day are your own.

We were devastated that we had to cancel the Christmas Fair on Saturday due to the terrible weather, particularly after all of the hard work that went on behind the scenes to organise fun day for everybody.

The weather really didn't improve throughout the day, so we believe we made the right call to keep everybody safe. Again, we apologise for the upset this may have caused and we pray for better weather next year!

This is our biggest fundraiser so we really hope that you can support us in 2025! In the meantime, we've set up a go fund me page. If anybody would like to donate in lieu of the Christmas Fair Fundraiser, we would be very grateful!

🎄 Raffle🎄

Our raffle and prizes will be deferred to our next fundraiser, provisionally planned for 22nd March 2025. We will let you know when we have a plan in place. We have been in touch with the companies who have generously donated to ask if they are able to extend their expiry dates or offer alternative prizes for March 2025. We'll let you know how we get on and share and updated list ASAP🤞🤞🤞

Finally, due to the cancellation of the fair, we were able to donate the food planned for the day to the Wirral Food Bank. We received a lovely certifate of thanks from them ❤️

This is our biggest fundraiser and we are devastated to have to cancel due to Storm Darragh.

Well, it wouldn't be a Royden Hall Christmas Fair without a weather warning!

Please don't let the bad weather put you off - doors will be open from 1pm on Saturday!

This is our biggest fundraiser so we really do appreciate the support and effort everyone goes to to come and see us, even when the weather is atrocious!

Don't forget, Father Christmas will be ready in his grotto from 1pm and the choir will be singing from 2pm. We have lots of lovely stalls and everyones favourite tombola and raffle stands. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Only 9 more days until our Christmas Fair 2024!🎄

The 3L's choir will be joining us, and the amazing JFB Creameries will be bringing their latest treat creations, whether you're craving something warm and gooey or fresh and frosty, they've got a dessert for every mood!

We'll be selling our ever-popular festive mulled wine and warm drinks from the bar. Of course, there will be mince pies a go-go!

We have an array of lovely stalls for all of your Christmas shopping needs and we have our gorgeous grotto with the Big Man himself 🎅
