Tips for managing your stress levels when planning your wedding
🥂 Share the responsibility! Don't try and do everything yourself, you will look back at these times and regret it, maybe even start to dread your wedding day and just want it over with. Hire a planner who will take this responsibility which will allow you to relax and enjoy every part that planning a wedding should bring
🥂 Talk to your nearest and dearest, don't keep it all in. Sometimes we get so stressed and can't see the bigger picture, they may have simple solutions that you just can't see
🥂 Get organised. Keeping on track (a planner will do this for you 😉) will give you some breathing space
🥂 Go for a walk, do some exercise, spend time with your besties, try a massage...anything that will take you away from the planning and give you a break. You'll thank yourself later when you have a clear mind
🥂 Get enough sleep! Try listening to white noise or try meditation before bed
