Glenda's Grub We are caterers that offer a weekly menu that has small portion catering for individuals & families. Who doesn't love to eat?

I prepare Healthy Meal Prep balanced meals in single portion sizes and family meal portions. I make everything from scratch, using Whole Foods, fresh veggies and lean proteins. I produce a different menu each week, watch for them to be posted on Thursday evenings @ 5pm. If you just want some regular damn good cooking, I’ve gotcha covered!
