I’ve learned that not everyone is meant to understand my journey. Some people will resist my change, some will prefer I stay the same. But choosing myself will always matter more than keeping them comfortable.

Because I wasn’t born to fit inside their idea of who I should be. I wasn’t meant to stay quiet just to keep the peace or to shrink myself just so others can feel comfortable. Growth will always disappoint those who benefit from your silence but that’s a price worth paying. May I have the strength to outgrow the places that no longer feel like home. To step away from people who only love me when I’m easy to control. To choose my own voice, even when it shakes. I don’t owe anyone the version of me that doesn’t dream, that doesn’t rise, that doesn’t dare to be more.

It’s not selfish to choose yourself. It’s not wrong to walk a path others don’t understand. The right people will never feel threatened by your light and they will celebrate it. And those who don’t? They were never meant to hold you forever. So may I keep becoming, even if it means losing the ones who can’t see my worth anymore. May I find the courage to disappoint the wrong people, so I can finally make myself proud. And may I keep growing, even if it means standing alone for a while.

I'm glad that I choose my own peace over someone else's approval. Because anyone who truly loves me will never ask me to stay small. ✨

Romanticize your life. Hanapin ang saya sa isang tasa ng kape, isang magandang araw, o simpleng lakad sa paborito mong kalye. Live fully, pero huwag kalimutang maging responsable. Treat yourself, pero dapat lagi within what you can afford. Balance makes the magic last.

From the fear of trying something new to the bittersweet realization that it didn’t turn out as planned, last year reminded us to be proud that we still had the courage to try.

2024 taught us so much. We stepped into the unknown, faced our fears, embraced new hobbies, discovered truths about ourselves, said goodbye to people we once thought we couldn’t live without, and welcomed new connections into our lives.

As we move forward, it’s okay to carry a little grief for the dreams that didn’t come true, but don’t forget to give yourself grace and strength to keep trying. You tried. That effort, no matter how small it seemed, was enough. Whether it was reaching out, offering kindness, helping someone in need, or simply getting through the day, you did enough.

Take a moment now to acknowledge your efforts—every brave step, every little act of perseverance. You did well last year.

This 2025, may you grow beautifully, with hope in your heart and strength in your spirit. 🌷

One thing I've figured out? There's no cheat code for success. You can't just "fake it 'til you make it"— because anything fake is bound to flop! Success isn't Amazon Prime; you can't get it overnight. It takes time, sweat, and a lot of showing up. So, if you're serious about being awesome, dive in, learn the ropes, and practice. Respect and recognition? They're like dessert — they'll arrive when the main course is done. For now, bloom where you're planted, and treat every day like growth opportunity 🤍.
