Frequently asked questions
What is included when I book a sleepover with Twilight Teepee Nights? We will deliver all the items included in your chosen package and assemble everything. This includes the setting up of the teepee frames, making the beds, laying out the breakfast trays and decorating and styling each teepee according to your chosen theme. Where can you deliver the Teepees? Delivery is

included with all our packages if you live within 10 miles of our location (North Camp GU14, Hampshire). If you live outside of this area, we will deliver at an additional charge. Please let us know your address and we shall advise you of the delivery cost. How long do I get the set up for? We normally set up the teepees in the afternoon of your party to ensure they are all ready before your guests arrive. It will take around 1-2hrs to set up. The following day we will normally arrive in the morning to pack away and remove all items, making it a dream for you. When is payment required? To book a date for your sleepover we require a booking fee detailed on your booking form. As soon as this has been paid we can secure your date for you. The sleepover package you've selected will need to be paid BEFORE the date of your event or by cash upon set up. Cancellation policy

If you are unable to continue with your booking, we understand things can change. If you contact us 14 days before your chosen party date, your Booking Fee will be refunded in full. If your sleepover date is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, unfortunately your Booking Fee is non-refundable. Can I have my teepee party outside? Sadly not as our gorgeous fabrics are not waterproof. We bring the outdoors in and that is what makes our sleepover experiences so unique. You have the magic of camping with the safety and warmth of being in your own home. Do I need a power supply? A power supply is needed if you have chosen our movie night package, for the rest is helpful but not necessary as we use battery or solar powered lights. Do our guests need to bring anything? No, just their PJ’s! How do you go about cleaning of the equipment after each party? All the bedding we use is washed thoroughly between each use to ensure they are ready for the next group of campers in tip top condition. This includes breakfast trays, lights etc so everything will be perfect for your party. How big are the tepees? Each teepee when set up is aprox 100cm wide by 170cm long. This does not include the space for the breakfast tray in-front of each teepee, you will need to allow for an additional 50cm. If you are worried about having enough room for the teepees you require please let us know the size of the space and we can work out a layout that fits. What is the minimum and maximum age for your campers? Our teepees are not recommended for campers under 4 years old. They can comfortably sleep children up to the age of 12 years old. For older children it will depend on their heights, our beds are 170cm long. What extra things can you add to your package? We offer a bespoke service when booking with Twilight Teepee Nights. We are currently building up our list of extras but if there is anything you would like at your sleepover then please let us know and we do our best to help. Anything from the perfect personalized chocolates, birthday cakes, hot chocolate making kit, popcorn, graze boards of your choice for the perfect midnight feast, balloons, glitter tattoos, even home cinema kit. For the warmer months you will be able to hire a stunning bell tent in your garden/ permitted outdoor space giving you the ultimate glamp out experience.
