Flowers are beautiful. They are very healing and powerful. Before I arranged my blooms, I started with a meditation to relax and keep me grounded. When I touch the petals, the smoothness of the texture, look richness of the color, and smell the beautiful fragrance of the ranunculus. It calmed me down and helped me to focus. Just make me feel so good!
I have been taking a floral healing course from for the past six months. It has been incredible journey in my self discovering of setting boundaries. Thank you, Heather, for being so patience and awesome coach. 🌸🙏🌸

It has been a little challenging working because I work from my home studio. Currently, we are renovating our kitchen. You can just imagine how chaotic it is. Everything is coming along.
This past Tuesday, I went to Garden State Flower Co-op] to get my first purchase of flowers. I love the flowers but wasn't thrilled with my design at the beginning. So I stopped that evening and resumed the next morning. Feel much better. Sometimes I just have to a step back and reset. With that said, I don't need to be so hard on myself, just need to step back and breathe and continue.
