Hi everyone, welcome to my Instagram account! I am Christian, the artisan behind Hanami Botanic.

Today, I'm presenting the Cattleya Chian-Tzy Loddisong 'Summer Beauty'. This stunning orchid is known for its vibrant flowers and delicate fragrance, adding a touch of exotic beauty and color to any space.

Notes on my orchid care

I grow my orchids in a small greenhouse where they benefit from a controlled environment ideal for their growth. They are cultivated in semi-hydroponics, with a substrate mix of LECA (clay balls) and horticultural pumice, allowing them to thrive in optimal conditions.

Every week, my orchids receive a 15-minute soak in the following solution, following the brand's dosage recommendations (except for the algae, which I reduce by half) and adjusting the pH to 5.8:
- Silicon
- MSU fertilizer
- Fresh algae
- Superthrive

Sharing this information helps other enthusiasts explore the fascinating world of orchid cultivation! 🌸🌱
