Every year bookings always fall a little differently and some months & dates are overly slammed — hello to our August 10th weekend clients, everyone wants to get married on your day! — while other months & dates aren’t as popular.

And as of right now we still have a decent amount of space for both rentals and planning, design, & day of coordination services in May, June, and July!

So if you’re getting married during one of those months, we’re extending a 10% off discount through the end of February, as long as inventory and services for your wedding day are still available.

Whether you just need some decor for your tables, you still need a big tent, or you just want someone there the day of to make sure things go smoothly, we still have the availability to help you!

Meet our newest lounge addition!

I fell in love with this olive green sofa while working on the design of our house remodel and knew I wanted to add her to our inventory collection as soon as we found a bride who wanted to use her!

A glimpse of what we’ve been up to this season with our designs. Even though this was a September wedding, our bride stuck to her guns and went with a colorful elevated vibe. We kept everything on the table neutral or light pastel, and let the colorful bold flowers by speak for themselves. To stretch the floral budget and make unique arrangements we used all the flower boxes on the tables during the ceremony down the aisle and as a ground arch, and then used homemade ikebana vessels to create an organic and airy look with some height on the tables.

Every year I make upgrades to our inventory, and for 2024 I’m really excited to say that we will no longer be stocking plastic chargers! So in addition to our rattan and woven charger options, please say hello to our new GLASS chargers! They truly look better than their plastic look a likes on tables and provide the elevated look our clients deserve!

Also NEW in 2024 is our heirloom farm tables! With turned legs, these farm tables from will elevate any wedding day. We are renting these for $75 each and will have 20 in stock, enough to seat 160-200 people. They are 96”x42”, so there is plenty of room in the middle to create any aesthetic for your day without your guests feeling cramped.

We are custom staining ours a slightly more medium walnut stain with more grey under tones than the stock photos shown, so they will pair perfectly with our NEW cognac bentwood chairs (160 in stock) or our tried and true antique fruit wood cross back chairs (400 in stock).

One of the last areas of inventory that we have been lacking in has been glassware. And not because I haven’t wanted to stock more, but because if you’ve even bought nice glassware, you know how expensive it can be.

We have always had very nice clear crystal glassware, and some small quantity colored goblet options for head tables, but we haven’t had any other bulk quantity options… until now!

So please say hello to our new mix and match colored glassware! We will be stocking 150 of each color (true blue, sea green, amber, dark rose, smoke, and peachy pink) in both stemmed wine glasses and stemless water/wine glasses (swipe to see the exact styles we will have). The great news is all of these colors go so beautifully together that if you did need more than 150, you could easily mix and match to get the quantity you need!

So excited to see these beauties get used across Wyoming and Montana!
