Come and Get It!!! Seahawk Baseball will be hosting Region Quarterfinals tomorrow night and you can find Fork Rides Barbecue pulled pork and white sauce in the concession stand. Come out, support a great team, and grab some good BBQ.

With a quick change to the schedule, Silverdale Baptist Academy concessions will be serving pulled chicken sandwiches, smoked chicken nachos, and white sauce tonight as both baseball and softball will be playing at the Silverdale Athletics complex.

A reminder that we're offering the following items this week to be picked up/delivered Friday evening or Saturday morning.

Smoked Pulled Pork at $14/lb. A pound should make 3-4 sandwiches.

Low and Slow Ribs at $22/slab.

Homemade White BBQ Sauce at $7 per 12 oz bottle.

LATE ADDITION/SPECIAL REQUEST: Pulled Chicken at $14/lb.

These items are sold on a first come first serve basis, starting with pre-orders, until we run out.

We're now beginning to do weekly orders that can be picked up each Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. We'll start this week by offering pulled pork at $14/lb, ribs at $22/full rack, and homemade White BBQ Sauce at $7/bottle (12 oz).

We'll plan to smoke and fulfill orders on a first come first serve basis, starting with pre-orders.

** Pre-orders must be placed by Tuesday evening each week.**

Once again we're having a lot of requests for Independence Day BBQ. We'll be firing up the smoker for Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Ribs, and even our homemade white BBQ sauce. Please DM or text Bo Freelend if you'd like to order. We'll take orders until June 29 and will arrange for pick up/delivery June 3 (prior to 2 pm) and June 4, prior to 10 am). Come and get it!!

Hey All!! We're getting fired back up for Independence Day. We'll be smoking pulled chicken with a homemade white BBQ sauce and some ribs. If you're interested just let us know.

Chicken will be $12/lb with white sauce included
Ribs will be $22 for a full rack

Pickup will be between noon and 1 pm on July 3rd.

DM us what you want and how much. We'll then provide the pickup location in the response.

The time has come...SEC Football & a GIVEAWAY!!!

SEC football kicks off this weekend and so does a new chapter of Fork Rides BBQ.
Starting this weekend we plan to fire up the smoker every weekend from now through the end of the season. If you need great meats for your game parties, family gatherings, or any other events, let us know and get your meat reserved.

We're offering pulled pork by the pound, ribs by the slab, wings by the dozen, pulled chicken, and even brisket (when available). We also offer multiple flavors of jerky and will have smoked turkey available for the holidays.

Thank you to all who helped make the 2nd Annual Willa Freelend Women in Business Memorial Scholarship BBQ a huge success. We completely sold out August 22nd!

With all the hard work, we decided to take a couple weeks off but are now starting back full smoke this weekend.

With football underway and the SEC starting their season September 26th, we're ready to fill up the smoker with whatever meats you would like at your next football party, family get together, or any other event.

We offer ribs, pulled pork, wings, pulled chicken, brisket (when available), and more. Just let us know what you'd like and we'll throw it on.

UPDATE: We've made a slight change to our Presale menu for the Willa Freelend Women in Business Memorial Scholarship BBQ. On top of Full Butts and Racks of Ribs, we are now offering Pulled Pork by the Pound. At $12/lb, it gives you the ability to enjoy our slow smoked bbq without having to buy a full butt.

For those of you in East Tennessee, we'll continue to take orders on our website, www.forkridesbbq.com, through Wednesday, August 12th, for pickup August 15th.

For those of you in Tuscaloosa, please order by August 15th for pickup at the Wheelhouse August 22nd.
