Update- SeatGeek admits that I never received my tickets. But, denied me a $1200 refund because the concert was rescheduled twice due to Covid.

Word to the wise. Do not use SeatGeek for your ticket purchases. Their official website has Thousands of dissatisfied customer posts.

This company is a blantant fraud and I’ve been in contact with the New York States Attorney. SeatGeek was already on their radar!

I am making it my new life mission to expose SeatGeek for the scammers that they really are. Do not...I repeat...Do Not purchase tickets thru SeatGeek. This company is a scam and will do nothing to help you secure your tickets if you have any issues. I have already contacted the New York States Attorney and filed a complaint. Their FB page has thousands and thousands of posts with consumers claiming fraud by SeatGeek. Their Buyer Guarantee is worthless. BUYER BEWARE!
