uence on Goan cooking that has led to an exotic fusion of truly tasty and spicy cuisine. With a wide variety, the Goan cuisine is able to satisfy even the most finicky gourmet appetites. Goans take pleasure not only in what they eat, but also how they cook it. I am grateful to my grandmother. my mother and my brother, Alan, for sharing their knowledge and expertise, which we are bringing to you.
