SANGEETA ROYCHAUDHURI is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s Calcutta & Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, US, Sangeeta is the Founder & CEO of Wealthcube Capital & Edudha Education. She is on the board of Advisors & Mentors across various companies.

Sangeeta was recognized as an iconic woman by Women Economic Forum, 2020, “Top 101 Inspiring Women in India” in 2015 by Ramblington Recruiter, the “Corporate Diva Winner” in 2016 by the H.O.W Forum. She was recognized as “Super Mom in Bangalore” in 2015. She has been appointed as India Chapter Chairperson for Diversity & Culture for “All Ladies League (a Global Movement & Sisterhood)” and also had been appointed as National Council Member for Diversity & Inclusion group by WICCI.

She loves traveling, music, theater and writing. She is a social media influencer, an award winning poet and her authored a book “Celebrate Your Wings” which received Amazon’s Best Selling Status. Her recently launched multimedia channel “Your Icon” features powerful stories of achievers across the globe which has crossed over 90,000 followers within a year of launch.

She also runs a NGO which has done various projects on education, healthcare, environmental & cultural upliftment of the lower strata of society 🙏

The driving force for her to participate in the pageant is to motivate & inspire her surrounding to become their better versions and in the process enabling communities to get enriched through shared and progressive learning.

“The beauty outside brings you little joy, till you have recognised it inside”

My journey of self recognition & acceptance has been fascinating & rewarding. In fact, my decision to participate in this beauty pageant (at 50 years of age!) is fuled by the same zest for life and the innate desire to explore more facets of myself. I hope to give back to this platform, as much growth and opportunity that it is providing me 💗

My name is Aparna Malhotra and I have had an outstanding innings in the corporate world of Aviation. I am also a certified Serenity Surrender healer. Shivi Dua, founder of this healing modality, says if there is any beauty in your life , it can only be in the present moment, as it is. Her wisdom led me from seeing life as a struggle & therefore wanting to change it; to seeing the beauty in my reality and embracing it effortlessly.
I now share these perspectives with others who are constrained with limiting self beliefs, helping them traverse this beautiful journey of self exploration and empowerment.

I have a Defence background: Dad was in the army and brother in the navy. I joked about getting married into the airforce & came close enough: he’s in the aviation sector 😊

The sparkle in my life is due to all the incredible women in it: my fearless outspoken mother who challenged societal norms to championed the cause for women power; my bold feisty daughter who continues to push boundaries & determinedly takes that forward; My sisters boundless compassion & my mother in laws unwavering support, have all made me the person I am today.

I am excited to meet the women of substance who have put together this pageant and thank AGLP for giving me the opportunity to meet interesting, accomplished and beautiful women with inspiring journeys. May we give each other the strength to evolve, grow together & bring out the best in each other 💖

Roshni Birmingham was one of the very first refuges opened in Birmingham in 1979 to meet the needs of South Asian women and children fleeing domestic abuse. Over the years it has gained an excellent reputation within the community as well as the domestic abuse sector as the lead agency to provide wrap-around trauma-informed services to Black and Minoritised women and children across the West Midlands. The services include Refuge, Floating Support, Outreach, Therapeutic Counselling, Children Services, Workshops in the community/schools and training for professionals.
Roshni also provides UK’s first Forced Marriage and Honour Based Abuse Hub (Outreach/IDVA/24HR Multi lingual FM & HBA helpline, training for professionals and workshops for young people) accessible across the Midlands.

Looking forward to this partnership and making a difference.

✨She is from an Asian background, so have experience of being bought up in an Eastern household living in a Western world.

✨She has a zest for life and a philosophy /mindset where she has learnt to appreciate each day and each person whom she meet. This allows her to build a strong connection with people and energizes us all.

✨Her passion is to help women to become independent, it’s not about changing who they are as she is culturally aware of the do’s & don’ts – it’s about empowering women to love the body they have and learn to love it, embrace it, from the inside out.

✨She always believe that One size doesn’t fit all, so she create bespoke sessions totally based on the individual’s needs.  We work together on a 121 basis. She will be there cheering them on every step of the way. Watching them love every inch of their bodies, as they grow in confidence and embrace every aspect of themselves.
