I am so honored to have been able to experience Diner en Blanc - Orlando as a preferred dining partner last night at beautiful Lake Eola Park, Downtown Orlando, Florida

In 2019, I participated in this event as guest for the first time. If you know me, you know I went all out. My food and tablescape were Ah-mazing. 😀 It was a lot of work. You have to bring your own “everything” - yes - tables, chairs, decor, China, food, etc.

I knew I wanted to participate again, but not as a guest. My vision was bigger even as I was setting up in 2019. I saw what people were eating and thought of the many things I could prepare.

September 2021 - I reached out to promotors when I saw Diner en Blanc was returning to Orlando to let them know that I was interested in being a food vendor and the rest is now history.

Praying we are invited back in 2022.

Hey there,

I'm Precious! I was born, and raised in North Florida. High Springs to be exact.

I have a Bachelors in Psychology, Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership. I’ve been an educator at the elementary, secondary and collegiate level for the the past 16 years.

I did not attend culinary school, but it’s always been a passion. I’m simply a self taught cook (and got a little bit from my momma). I love to experiment with new dishes and cuisines, always adding a bit of soul.
