After a long hiatus during the Wuhan winter, we finally got back at it, hand made pita, chicken skewers, roast lamb meatball stew, baba ganoush , humus, tzatziki, olive feta salad and more, all scratch made.

Came up with a great new sandwich today, last night baked some fresh loaves with cheese, olive oil and a smooth salsa rolled into it, and it settled into a great mozza roll today for a sunny egg grilled cheese sandwich. Will definitely be adding this recipe to the roster for future events.

Decided to switch up our thanksgiving traditions, this year went with vodka, catan and pizza.

First was a french onion and eggplant sauce with grilled pork belly and camembert cheese.

Second was a seared cajun pepper sauce with chopped crispy chicken maryland and sharp cheddar.

Thanks pizza.
