SUPER BOWL 2023!!!!!

Here’s the rundown on prices per head: Brisket $8.50, Pulled Pork $6.50 (coleslaw incl, no roll) chicken quarters $7.00, wings $18.00 per dozen (limited supply max 5 dozen per order), Ribs $30 per rack. Mac and cheese $140 per pan (feeds 35). Pick up only between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm Super Bowl Sunday. DM or email [email protected] for orders.

We’re Back! Saturday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at Manheim Square for the Tree Lighting. We’ll be slinging fresh Pulled Pork Sammies and chicken quarters. Look for the pop up tents and 12’ bbq trailer with smoke coming out of the chicken pit! We’re keeping it real simple here: Pulled Pork sandwich, bag of chips, and a soda or water, $10.00 Chicken Quarter, chips, drink, $7.00. If there is a rain out, we’ll be there Sunday but plan on Saturday and get it while it’s hot and fresh!

We are BACK! DON’T MISS OUT!!

We are going to be back out for another rare vendor opportunity this coming Saturday December 3rd!
You folks often ask if you can just buy a couple meals here and there and unfortunately we aren’t operating like that at this time… so here is your chance!

Come on out from 4:30-6:30 pm, or until we sell out, on the square of Manheim PA.

On the menu:
Pulled pork sandwiches
Cole slaw
Chips/drink
BBQ Chicken

This is the annual tree lighting event so it’ll be a fun Christmas atmosphere!

Hey Phillies fans, y'all looking for some good grub this weekend? Hit us up for wings, ribs, or a whole brisket sliced to perfection for Game 4 on Saturday night! Pick up only, orders need to be in by Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm. Wings are dry rubbed, smoked, fried, and sauced. Layers of flavor you won't find anywhere else. $15.00 per dozen. Ribs: spicy dry rub, smoked, finished in brown sugar and honey for a sweet, smoky, savory bite of tender pork, $30.00 per rack. One rack will feed three guests. Whole brisket $8.50 per person. A 15 lb brisket will feed 20 guests and run $170 sliced up and panned for you.

A nine pound doesn’t go into the pit at that weight. Properly trimmed brisket cooks evenly, with just the right amount of rendered delicious fat in every bite. It is a delicate balance for the pit master to find. Every brisket is different, and the size can vary wildly (nine to 20 pounds). Trimming brisket is more art than science and only practice and knife time will earn that skill. Don’t be intimidated by brisket. Get yourself a big one, grab your sharpest knife, take your time, and trim that beauty like an artist. Only then will you find brisket paradise 12 hours later when it comes back to you ready to slice and enjoy.

Happy Independence Day! Tomorrow night we’ll be out slingin’ fresh, pulled pork sammies at the Manheim pool area softball field! This will be our only pop-up event of the Summer, so if you want to try our pulled pork before throwing your next party, stop out! This is a fundraising event for some amazing Manheim area non-profits and we are thrilled to be part of the event. All meals are by donation, and all cash donations the day of the event go directly to Teen Central and The Home On Ferdinand! There will be a ton of great food there from other local vendors. Come out and try it all!

We are enjoying this vacation! A lot has happened in the last six months and we’re just out here, catching our breath. We have a busy July (one weekend without a gig) and we’re starting to book events into Autumn! But for now, my world is at peace. Just the sound of a fire and rain in the trees.

Baby backs on one of my OG, homemade pits last night. Stayed too long at a baseball game while they smoked so they came out slightly over done for my taste. Still tender, delicious, and smoky with a back end sweetness from the brown sugar and honey. Here’s the process: even coating of your favorite rub, smoke for about two hours at 250-275. Off the pit and into the wrap, just brown sugar and honey. Back in the smoker until the meat is prove tender between the bones. No hard times or temps needed. Trust the feel of the meat, let it speak to you. BBQ is art, not science. Trust your instincts, not a clock, temp gauge, or recipe.

Smoked here, but fried on site, sauced and served hot for you and your guests. I’ll set up a small booth in the corner of your patio and serve them right out of the fryer. $15 a dozen. An all time favorite ingredient in our catering business are these beauties!
Our fresh eggs from our very own Easter Egger hens!
An awesome thing about our babies is that they give us these awesome colored eggs and for some reason, the blue ones are usually massive! The light brown ones tend to be double yolkers and the green ones are often smaller 🤷🏼‍♀️

Our first "Take Out Night" will be coming your way!
We never anticipated the amount of interest we would be getting (and we are so thankful) and this is the perfect way to feed those who aren't planning or attending events!
There will be a set menu (different each time) for each night and there will be a limited number of meals available so it'll be first come first served (once orders "open"). As much as we would love to feed ALL of you, we aren't or restaurant or store so we can only handle so much at a time. Payment will be taken ahead of time.
There will be a known date/time/location (it'll likely be a more central Lancaster location - for those in the southern or eastern parts of the county) for you to pick your meals up at.
Keep an eye on the page (or make sure you're following us) so you see when we post the date we are doing this and when we will start taking orders :)
We appreciate all of your interest, encouragement, kind words and support!!

Hey BBQ friends!

A couple things to mention:

#1- Did you know we are on Instagram?? over there as well!
While we try to post the same things on both social media platforms we don’t always get them shared from one to the other yet 🤷🏼‍♀️
The most fun thing about our Instagram account is the fact that most of our “lives” happen there! And while I’m trying so hard to learn, I don’t always get things figured out so that I can share those from IG to here! I’m really trying though 😂
SO! If you like to laugh at people… head over to IG, follow us there and watch our lives! Our kids aren’t sure if we are fun/funny/weird/dumb/crazy/out of control…. you can decide for yourself!
We are just US! Raw, real and clearly unedited! Just the way we like it!!

#2- Our menu is COMING SOON! I know people are waiting and you’ve been asking! We’ve finalized it and now we just need to wrap up the loose ends so we can share it.
We are planning to get that posted tomorrow!
In the meantime, don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have them ☺️
#3- “Take Out Night’s” are in the works! What does that mean? Essentially, a set meal will be planned, orders will be taken and pick up will be at a specific location, date and time. We realize that many people aren’t hosting or attending large catering events. We’ve also had lots of interest and inquiries in how people can try our food. And so, this idea of “Take Out Night” was born!
Details on that to follow but for now, know that we will be offering that in either the end of February or early March😋
