Our ‘Rita Cantina is all tucked in for her long winters nap. Our first year has been one wild ride. It was a blast. It was sweaty. It was stressful. It was emotional. It was hard. It was exhausting. It was hilarious. Between figuring out insurance policies, attorneys, licensing regulations and doing the build out — the idea we had drinking margs on our patio became a reality + crazy side hustle two years later.

I lived in constant fear we would run out of ice (we never did). The trailer landed on my foot (it hurt but I had 125 margaritas to make). I lost my phone for the duration of an event and found it buried deep in an ice well (still worked!). There is never enough bug spray (ever). Never allow the nice drunk man to help you hitch your trailer (as helpful as he thinks he is). There are an abundance of kind humans in the world and we had the privilege of meeting and slinging drinks for many of them (💚).

Feeling all the feels as we wrap her first season. Thank you for coming on this wild ‘Rita ride with us. 2023 for the Cantina is only getting wilder! 🥂

First class service is one of the cornerstones of our biz. When we roll up our hosts need to do nothing more than say hello, and then wait until we can shake them that first fresh ‘Rita. We are now taking bookings for next season with a few dates already confirmed, so get on it party people! We can’t wait to roll our party to you. 💚💚

This was so fun! has been our bible for EVERYTHING since we started this biz. We had a ball doing their IG takeover yesterday for a behind the scenes look at the African Engagement Ceremony where we were slinging ‘Ritas all day! This was one of those days you just don’t want to end. We got to park the Cantina in our OWN backyard and sling ‘Ritas for my parents’ 45th Anniversary. They are simply the best. And the little ‘Ritas were very happy to be guest bartenders. 😉

These party animals had part of their fence removed and had us drive on their lawn so that we could roll the Cantina into their backyard. WORTH IT! Add in a band + taco truck and it was a pretty magical night.
