May 13: Picnic Hour NY and Loft 29 will be co-hosting a pop up wellness retreat at from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm ET.

We will have a panel discussion on health and wellness by studio owner and renowned fashion photographer, Udo Spreitzenbarth and celebrity fitness instructors, Micquel and Jair Bernier. Afterwards, Micquel and Jair will lead us through a 45 minute HIIT workout.

Limited seats available! Light snacks and refreshments are included in the ticket.
